Addicted to Bikram Yoga … Why This Sport?

I’m still not sure why I’m addicted to this yoga. I mean really, a 102 degree room to do yoga. Yet, I go 3x a week, and would swear by it. I’ve stopped smoking and have NO CRAVING.
