Saturday, I went to a four hour class and learned how to tie knots, 10 essentials to pack in a bag, what to eat, and how to ‘go’ in the woods with no trace. The importance of prep work has finally paid off. All the running and yoga I’ve been doing made hiking up Tiger that much easier. I went to my doctor yesterday, to see if I have Raynaud’s Phenemena. I wasn’t tested for it, but the prognosis based on my physical symptom’s is accurate. Now what to do?
